The room walls were paper thin.

staff very helpful and friendly - parking service free - situation from the village very close, nice view, good room and good price for two with breakfast include. Hotel recommanded for sure :-)

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed 10 nights and loved it, the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Continental breakfast excellent. Drink prices good. We did not eat at the hotel as there were a number of nice restaurants in the centre of Vico Equense. Well located for trains to Sorrento, Pompeii etc. Will definately return in years to come. Only issue can be dogs barking at night.

Dogs barking at night. No kettle in the room. They supply a fridge but no kettle?

We arrived after 7:00 PM only to find our room hadn't been cleaned. After waiting over an hour, we finally got access to our room. To, leaving us uncomfortable in the heat. It felt frustrating to deal with rude staff members throughout our visit.

Top quality place with very good service. Superb bar area. Enjoyable experience, handy base for a honeymoon.

Beautiful location over looking the sea. Hotel staff were very friendly and all went very well.

I did not like the tiles floors throughout which made the Hotel noisy at night time when people were above you.

Family heaven for a vacation

The staff was beyond helpful when my kid needed an ice pack after a small accident. The pool was a great spot, with the kids playing while I enjoyed a drink from the bar, perfect way to unwind.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the quality and service, it was quite acceptable.

Room was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. The hotel location was good, with the main town just a 10min casual walk and the beach a short bus ride (or you could tackle the 230 steps). Breakfast offered a good choice. Excellent swimming pool! Generally good value for money.

We arrived and found we'd been given a room with a balcony as advertised. However, it was on the road, which unfortunately had a sharp bend close by, necessitating every vehicle to sound it's horn from early morning to late night. We asked for an alternative room. However, the only one available had no balcony :-( and 2 of the beds were on a raised mezzanine floor which wasn't touched by the airconditioning or window venting. This made it a heat trap which was totally unreasonable for sleeping in. We ended up moving the matresses to the lower area which was a bit tight. Restaurant was a little expensive and didn't really offer much traditional food so we ate in town most nights.

the check-in staff was rude! but the room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the coast. the breakfast had lots of options like fresh fruit and pastries. the infinity pool was beautiful with stunning views.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was quite comfortable with beautiful sea views.

Pool area was lovely and restaurant and bar good value.

The shower in our room was very poor and needed descaling. Also room near the road so noisy to sit on the balcony. Expensive Wi-fi

We had an very nice stay! The views from our Superior Room were jaw-dropping. The terrace bar was perfect for cocktails, and chilling at the spa was an absolute must. The private beach area was a fantastic escape, just a short shuttle ride away.

Staff was nice and friendly . Location good, clean rooms and good service. Dinner at the hotel was very good with nice portions and fresh food. Shuttle bus service was excellent but u have to pay 2 euros each.

the pool was overwhelmed by groups of school kids staying at the hotel.., the breakfast was ok even though the croissant were tough and not fresh....also the espresso was too bitter and nasty perhaps due to the coffee machine or how the coffee is actually ground .

Service was excellent! The staff is always ready to help and even always smiling! Hotel Mary has a private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas without extra charge. Valet parking is also free of charge. Breakfast is moderate and the resaurant's menu and wine list (with a plenty of local wines) are very good. Shuttle service is moderately priced. Air conditioning was working superb. Sometimes, momentarily, the cold water pressure was not sufficient enough.
